Confited salmon Sous Vide Fine Food for Haute Cuisine Regeneration
Defrost the product completely and heat it in a double boiler or microwave with the bag until the centre of the product reaches at least 75ºC. Open the bag, drain off the product and serve.
You can also sear the product in a non- stick pan.
